Experts say physical activity allows children not only to have a healthy body but help them to have a better outlook on life by building confidence, managing anxiety and depression, and increasing self-esteem and cognitive skills.
Your challenge this week and for over half term is to have an active time once a day. You might like to take a walk in the park, ride your bike, scoot to the shop, skip in your garden, keep fit on the Wii or dance in your bedroom!
