Being active

Experts say physical activity allows children not only to have a healthy body but help them to have a better outlook on life by building confidence, managing anxiety and depression, and increasing self-esteem and cognitive skills.

Your challenge this week and for over half term is to have an active time once a day.  You might like to take a walk in the park, ride your bike, scoot to the shop, skip in your garden, keep fit on the Wii or dance in your bedroom!

We would love to see some photos of the activities you have been enjoying. Show us your home learning task by sending photos on Class Dojo or uploading a piece of work to your journal on Seesaw.  You might like to add some photos, record a video or tell us about your task in a voice note.
